Account and organization details, deal inputs you enter, and standard usage/technical data. Sensitive fields such as borrower FICO are encrypted at rest.

How we use it

To provide the service — pricing deals, generating term sheets, and delivering them to your borrowers — and to secure and improve the platform.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with subprocessors necessary to run the service (hosting, auth, email, payments) under appropriate agreements.

Data isolation & retention

Each workspace's data is isolated. Audit logs are retained per your compliance settings; deleted-workspace data is purged within 90 days.
